Angel "Mario" Fernandez

Mr. Angel "Mario" Fernandez, age 56, of Lawrence, died on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at the Cedar View Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Methuen, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Antonia Maldonado & the late Luis Dario Fernandez. Angel was employed for many years as a small engine mechanic and also worked on bicycles. In his spare time, Angel enjoyed bike rides, boxing and watching TV, especially his favorites, Judge Judy and WWE. 

In addition to his mother, Angel is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Fernandez & her husband Hector Pazmino, her mother, Sarah Molina; three grandchildren, Tiana, Jaydell & Jayden Pazmino; and three siblings, Niomi Fernandez, Laura Fernandez & Luis Fernandez. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 2 -4 p.m.
