Yecid Leonardo Chanquet

On Saturday, February 24, 2018, Yecid Leonardo Chanquet passed away suddenly at the age of 35 years old. He was a loving father to his children and a great friend to many.  Yecid was born in Colombia, South America.  He moved to Lawrence, MA when he was 13 years old. He attended Lawrence Public Schools and worked for Lowell Public School Transportation.  

Yecid will be remembered forever by the mothers of his children, Estrella Chanquet and current girlfriend Courtney LeDuc; his beloved children: Rafael Gaud, Aralysia , Nathaniel, Gianna Jolie, and Yecid Jr.  He will be remembered by his parents Ricardo Chanquet and Fabiola Quevedo, his brothers and sisters, extended family and dear friends.  He was passionate about animals and loved his dogs.

Services for Yecid are Thursday, March 1, 2018; visitation  from 6-9 at the Capilla Sur de Diaz-Healy 107 South Broadway, Lawrence, Ma 01843 and, Friday March 2, 2018  a prayer service will be held at Capilla Sur de Diaz-Healy followed by a burial at Bellevue Cemetery.
